You can personally choose which pages are displayed as menu items in the navigation bar.

In the My Menu  section, all pages that are displayed as menu items in the navigation bar are listed.


By default, with full access rights and all modules installed, you will see:
  • Applications
  • Job postings
  • Staffing requests
  • Events
  • Reports
  • Onboardings


Each user can personalize the menu items independently of the available rights. However, only menu items for which you have viewing permissions will be displayed.


Personalize My Menu

Add Menu Items

  1. Click on  Menu in the sidebar. The page with the same name will be displayed as a pop-up window.
  2. Click on a menu item that you want to add to My Menu
  3. Hold the menu item and drag it to the desired position in  My Menu  (the blue area on the left side).
  4. Release the menu item in the desired position.


Change Order

  1. Click on the menu item that you want to move to a different position and hold it. 
  2. Drag the held menu item to the desired position in My Menu.
  3. Release the menu item in the correct position.


Remove Menu Item

  1. Click on the menu item you want to remove, hold it, and drag it downwards. A trash can icon will appear at the bottom.
  2. Drag the held menu item to the trash can icon at the bottom of the My Menu area.
  3. Release the menu item over the trash can icon.
