With the JobFeed from StepStone (interface to StepStone), job advertisements selected by you are transferred directly from d.vinci to StepStone. You can find out how to connect the interface in the article Integrate service providers (process description).
There are two specifications for StepStone that have to be edited specifically in d.vinci.

Product portfolio

As of 01.06.2021, StepStone offers a new product portfolio an, to better meet recruitment needs. To be able to select the desired product per job opening, proceed as follows:


  1. Open the page Form fields
  2. Click on the button   Form field. The input form of the same name is displayed.
  3. Fill in the input form:
    • Name the field "StepStone Product".
    • Select "Job opening" as the element.
    • Select "Value list (single choice)" as the type.
    • Set the entry "Transfer via API" to "Yes".
  4. Click on the button   Create. The page with the settings of the form field is displayed.
  5. Switch to the Answers tab.
  6. Click on the button   Answer.
  7. Create the StepStone products you use one after the other. The following are available for selection:
    • Select
    • Select Brand
    • Select Plus
    • Select Plus Brand
    • Pro
    • Pro Plus

    • Pro Ultimate

    • Pro XXL

    • Pro Campus

  8. The form field "StepStone Product" is now available in the job openings.


Salary details

Optionally, you can also submit the salary range of a job opening to StepStone:

  1. Open the page Form fields
  2. Click on the button   Form field. The input form of the same name is displayed.
  3. Fill in the input form:
    • Name the field "Salary minimum".
    • Select "Job opening" as the element.
    • Select "Value list (single choice)" as the type.
    • Set the entry "Transfer via API" to "Yes".
  4. Click on the button   Create. The page with the settings of the form field is displayed.
  5. Switch to the Answers tab.
  6. Click on the button   Answers.
  7. Enter the desired "salary levels" one after the other, e.g. 20000, 25000, etc.
  8. The form field "Salary Minimum" is now available in the job opening.

  9. Open the page Form fields
  10. Click on the button   Form field. The input form of the same name is displayed.
  11. Fill in the input form:
    • Name the field "Salary Maximum".
    • Select "Job opening" as the element.
    • Select "Value list (single choice)" as the type.
    • Set the entry "Transfer via API" to "Yes".
  12. Click on the button   Create. The page with the settings of the form field is displayed.
  13. Switch to the Answers tab.
  14. Click on the button   Answers.
  15. Enter the desired "salary levels" one after the other, e.g. 30000, 35000, etc.
  16. The form field "Salary Maximum" is now available in the job opening.

Note  

The answer options are automatically assigned by StepStone to the currency Euro and always refer to an annual salary. The answer options may only contain numbers. Separating dots etc. are not allowed.


Attention  

In order for StepStone to be able to read the fields from the interface without any problems, the naming is very important. Therefore, make sure to name the above fields and the answer options of the products as they are listed here.

The selection of the StepStone product and the salary range only takes effect for job advertisements for which the publication channel for StepStone and thus the transmission via interface is actually activated.
