Product portfolio for StepStone (urgently needed)

To select the desired product per listing, you must first create corresponding form fields.

Follow these steps:

  1. Open the page Form Fields
  2. Click the button   Form Field. The form input page will be displayed.
  3. Fill in the input form:
    • Field: StepStone Product
    • Element: Listing
    • Type: Answer list (single selection)
    • Transfer via API: Yes
  4. Click the button   Create. The page with the form field properties will be displayed.
  5. Click on the tab Answers.
  6. Click the button   Answer.
  7. Add the StepStone products you use one by one. Available options are:
    • Select
    • Select Brand
    • Select Plus
    • Select Plus Brand
    • Pro
    • Pro Plus
    • Pro Ultimate
    • Pro XXL
    • Pro Campus
  8. The form field StepStone Product is now available in listings.


Salary Information for StepStone (Urgently Needed)

In the job opening, the fields for the minimum and maximum salary range must be filled in. Otherwise, StepStone cannot display salary information.


Proceed as follows:

  1. Open the page Job Openings . The list of all job openings will be displayed.
  2. Open the job opening you want to display on StepStone. The job opening details page will be displayed.
  3. Click on one of the edit icons  . The input form will be displayed.
  4. In the Details section, enter a Minimum and Maximum value for the Wage/Salary Range and specify the currency and time period.
    If the field is hidden due to the Field Schema Configuration, you must make it visible first.
  5. Save the changes.


Attention    

  • Before we introduced the field Wage/Salary Range, you had created the fields via form fields. Please delete these form fields and use only the Wage/Salary Range field in the future. If both are used, StepStone will display the information from the form field.
  • The selection of the StepStone product and salary range only applies to job postings where the StepStone publication channel and transmission via the interface are activated.


Additional form fields for specific situations (optional)

Change the background color of the ad

You can change the background color of the job ad. By default, it is white. However, you can choose any other color. 


Follow these steps:

  1. Open the page Form Fields
  2. Click the button   Form Field. The form input page will be displayed.
  3. Fill in the input form:
    • Field: StepStone Background Color
    • Element: Listing
    • Type: Answer list (single selection)
    • Transfer via API: Yes
  4. Click the button   Create. The page with the form field properties will be displayed.
  5. Click on the tab Answers.
  6. Click the button   Answer.
  7. Fill in the input form:
    • Answer: Blue
      This is just an example. The color name should be entered here.
  8. Click the two arrows behind Additional information for external systems. Another input field will appear.
  9. Fill in the input form:
    • Internal Name:
      Enter the HEX value of the color without # here. For example, white in the HEX color system is #ffffff, so you should enter: ffffff
  10. Click the button Create to save your entries.


Change the section header

In the job ad on StepStone, you can change the color of the headers for the sections Tasks, Requirements, Benefits, and Contact. This can be done via the selection title color.

  3. Fill in the input form:
    • Field: StepStone Selection Title Color
    • Element: Listing
    • Type: Answer list (single selection)
    • Transfer via API: Yes
  4. Click the button   Create. The page with the form field properties will be displayed.
  5. Click on the tab Answers.
  6. Click the button   Answer.
  7. Fill in the input form:
    • Answer: Blue
      This is just an example. The color name should be entered here.

Inserting videos below the job posting

Below job postings on StepStone, you can display videos from the following platforms: YouTube, Vimeo, Wistia.

To do this, you need to create a corresponding form field with the video URL. 


Follow these steps:

  1. Open the page Form Fields
  2. Click the button   Form Field. The input form with the same name will appear.
  3. Fill out the input form:
    • Field: StepStone Video URL
    • Element: Job Posting
    • Type: Text Field (max. 255 characters)
    • Transfer via API: Yes
    • Display Help Text: Yes
    • Help Text: https://www.example-video-url.com
      Please enter the real URL of your video here (e.g., https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RJJRMMKDKDKK123)
    • Internal Name: STEPSTONE_VIDEO_URL
  4. Click the button   Create. The page displaying the properties of the form field will appear.
