With our Candidate Experience Module, you have the option of sending applications to a mailbox in your system and automatically capturing the personal data from there. The data such as first name, surname, e-mail address and the like are read out automatically. 


Attention

In any case, an automatic readout always requires a manual check to ensure that no errors occur.

Example:  
If the candidate has not entered an e-mail address, it may happen that an e-mail address from an employer's reference is recognized and then entered as the candidate's contact e-mail address. Without your verification and correction, you may then write to the former employer. This must be avoided at all costs.


Proceed as follows: 

  1. Open the message in your mailbox that you want to record as an application.
  2. Click on +Bewerbung. The Enter application page appears in the foreground with a fully or partially completed input form.
  3. Click on the split-screen icon   on the right-hand side. You will now see the form on the left and the applicant's attachments on the right. 
  4. Check the automatic entries and correct them if they are incorrect. 

Note

You can use the percentages on the right to enlarge the text if it is displayed too small. 

Use the scroll bar at the bottom to read entire lines of the document at a higher zoom level.
