Our Help Assistant is designed to help you work faster and more efficiently with d.vinci and navigate through the software as of 05/04/2023. It will guide you step-by-step through the features directly in d.vinci as needed, showing you tips and tricks, new features and announcements. 


Should you not want to use it, you can turn it off.
But we recommend you to use it, because it may be that instructions in the long run will no longer be here in the help portal and we will also introduce you to the latest features via the assistent. 


Deactivation

Permitted rights  

  • Configure basic settings

Proceed as follows: 

  1. Open the page Basic Settings. The page with the same name will be displayed. 
  2. Click on the Options tab. The details of the tab will be displayed. 
  3. Click on the  Edit icon in the Help Assistant area. The Options page will be displayed.
  4. Toggle Enable Help Assistent to No.
  5. Turn on  Update.


Activation

By default the help assistant is activated in your system. It is only deactivated if you decided not to use it before the start or if you deactivated it afterwards. If it is disabled on your end, please check with your colleagues to see why it was disabled before re-enabling it.

  4. Toglle Enable Help Assistant to Yes.
  5. Click on  Update.
