With d.vinci Autoclean, applications with the same name are automatically assigned to a person, ensuring that no conflict is triggered – provided the assignment can be made unambiguously.

Additionally, the feature ensures that no conflicts arise for clearly different individuals, for example, when they have the same name but different email addresses and birthdates.

Follow these steps: 

1. Open the page Basic Settings. The page with the same name will be displayed. 
2. Click on the tab Options. The page with the details will be displayed.
3. Click on one of the edit icons  . A form will be displayed. 
4. Under d.vinci Autoclean (Duplicate Applications) Sselect the option Active to activate the feature, or Inactive to deactivate it.
