Delete user

You can delete users at any time if they no longer need access to the system. For example, if someone within your company changes positions or leaves the company.

Note

  • If the user is assigned somewhere (e.g., as the responsible user for a job opening or as an approver in a hiring request), a window will open during the deletion process, allowing you to transfer responsibilities to another user. If this window does not appear, no such dependencies exist.
  • In all histories, the user's name will remain visible after deletion. You can always trace back actions performed by this user in the past.
