Special characteristics can be assigned when processing an application. They make applications from specific groups of people identifiable, and the application list can be filtered accordingly.
The characteristics are created in the master data. Further information can be found here: Create special characteristics.
Required permissions:
- Edit applications
Follow these steps:
- Open the application you want to edit. The Application page with the open tab Data will be displayed.
- Click on one of the edit icons . An input form will be displayed.
- In the Properties section, select the desired characteristic under Special characteristics. Multiple selections are possible.
- Press the button Update to save the changes. The page Application with the updated details will be displayed.
