Roles are a bundle of permissions. Different roles with different permissions allow you to let users do different things in the system and do things differently.
Proceed as follows:
- Open the Roles page.
- Click on Role. An input form is displayed.
- Fill in the input form.
Find notes on the configuration at the main article: Roles- Name*
- User Role
If you choose Yes you have to select a Security Level - Product*
- Permissions
- Included Roles
- Organizsational Level
- Internal Name
- Click on Create to save the entries. The Role page with the details of the created authorization and a note about the creation is displayed.
You can edit the information using the icon , copy it using the button or remove the template using the Delete button.
