By using Reasons for Rejection, you get an overview of the reasons why candidates were rejected. The reasons for rejection are not visible to the applicant!


Required Rights      

  • Create Master Data

Proceed as follows:

  1. Click on the menu option Administration. The page with the same name is displayed.
  2. In the General Administration area, click on the Master Data card. The page with the same name is displayed.
  3. Click on Reasons for Rejection. The page with the same name is displayed.
  4. Click on the button Create Reason for Rejection. The Create Reason for Rejection entry form is displayed.
  5. Fill in the entry form:
    • Mandatory fields are marked with *
    • Optional fields are not marked
  6. Elements:
  7. Click on Create to save the entry. The Reasons for Rejection page with an overview of all created reasons for rejection is displayed.
    OR
    Click on Create and Create Another. The Create Reason for Rejection entry form is displayed. You can now fill out the entry form according to step 5 ff.

Note      

The following reasons for rejection are already available in the delivery. You can of course adapt or delete these according to your wishes:

  • Job opening was closed
  • Application as freelancer
  • Unsatisfactory application documents
  • Direct contact: Contact has no interest
  • Decision for another applicant
  • Professionally overqualified
  • Professionally non-qualified
  • Salary demand too high
  • Application was withdrawn
  • Unsolicited application: no suitable position available
  • Did not appear for interview
  • Qualifications do not match the job
  • Working students: No student status
