If you have licensed the Candidate Experience Module, you can trigger CV parsing at any time after uploading application attachments.


This searches through the relevant document and checks whether there are any empty fields within the application in which the information from this document fits.

Fields in the application that are already filled with data are not changed.


Required Rights 

  • Edit application 


Proceed as follows: 

  1. Open the application where you want to trigger the parsing. The Application page with the candidate's details is displayed. 
  2. Click on the Attachments tab. The attachments are displayed.  
  3. Click on the icon   Retrieve Data. The Application page with the Attachments tab open is displayed and a note about the success of the parsing appears below the title of the page.
