Correspondence templates can include attachments, such as directions.
Follow these steps:
- Open the page Correspondence Templates. The page of the same name will be displayed.
- Click on the title of the correspondence template you want to edit. The Correspondence Template page with the template details will be displayed.
- Click on the tab Attachments. The page of the same name will be displayed.
- Click thebutton Attachment.
- Click in the field File next to Please select and choose a file to upload.
- Optionally, enter a Description.
- Select whether the attachment should be preselected and directly attached to the correspondence template (Yes) or not (No).
- Click the Create button to save the entries. The Correspondence Template page with the template details will be displayed.
