Explanation of term
Through the talent pool, you can find applications based on keywords independent of the job posting. This way, you can always view applications that you have tagged with specific keywords in the Pool Candidates tab under the Applications menu.
Configuration
See Getting Started with: Talent Pool
System behavior
- Pool Formation through Keywords
- Keywords can be assigned to an application. These keywords form the basis for the talent pool as they create the different pools. Example: You have 5 applications in a pool status with the keyword "English". You now see a "English" card in the Pool Candidates tab, showing the number 5. When you click on it, you can view the candidates.
- If you have set up status changes where keywords must be assigned, these keywords can become a pool card as soon as the application is in a pool status.
- Favorites - Pinned Pools
You can set favorites through Pins so you can access these pools faster. Pinned keywords are always shown at the top of the list with pool tiles. - These Applications Enter the Pool
Only applications that are in a pool application status are considered for the pool candidates view. You will need the candidate's consent for the extended use of their data. - Access Permission to the Pool
Applications must generally be visible to you in order for you to access them.
How our customers use this
Through the talent pool, good applications can be kept in mind for future positions. Our customers simply save a relevant keyword in the application, move the application to a pool status, and it appears in the Pool Candidates tab, where it can be considered for new positions.
