Roles

  • Event Organizer
Includes the same-named permission. Intended for recruiters.
  • Event Viewer
Includes the same-named permission. Intended for departments.

These permissions must be added to existing roles, or new roles should be created for this purpose.

Application Status

It is recommended to use three statuses:

  • Event: Reserved
Candidates are planned but have not yet confirmed or declined.
  • Event: Confirmed
    Candidates have confirmed.
  • Event: Canceled
    Candidates have declined.

We recommend using the event icons as icons for the status.

For the status change functionality of the Confirmed status, Confirm Attendance can be selected.

Define Status Transitions

  1. Create a new permission Event Status Transitions.
  2. Specify the three new statuses and indicate which status can transition to which in relation to the events.
  3. Add the permission to the three statuses afterwards.

Create Correspondence Template

Create a correspondence template for each status if you want to contact the candidates.

You can insert placeholders that display the event details.

Placeholders:

  • Event:
The placeholders refer to events where participation is either reserved or confirmed.
  • Canceled Event:
The placeholders refer only to events where participation has been canceled.
