Through the application search, you can view a list of applications.

Once you have received search results, you can export the list of applications as an Excel list.

If you want to export all applications at the current time, just click on Search without entering anything.

  • Bewerbungslisten exportieren


Note  

If you click on the Search button in the application search without entering a word in the full text search, last name or first name, you will get a list of all applications in the system.


Proceed as follows: 

  1. Display the results of the application search.
  2. Click on the button  . A selection menu will be displayed.
  3. Click on  Export Application List. Depending on your browser settings, the Excel file will be displayed directly, downloaded, or you will be prompted to save it.

Note  

The location of the Excel file is determined by your browser or PC settings. If you do not find the downloaded file in the Downloads folder on your PC, please contact your IT and ask where these documents are stored.
