Some attachments are rejected by our system for various reasons.
Invalid file formats/size limits exceeded
If you or applicants attempt to upload files that are too large or in formats that we do not accept, they will receive an immediate notification when trying to upload. The files must then be adjusted to comply with our guidelines.
Display:
A notice indicating which file formats are accepted, the maximum file size allowed, and a warning if the files do not meet the format requirements is displayed near the upload field.
Dangerous file formats
These are generally rejected due to the potential risks associated with such formats. Examples include zip files or exe files.
Display:
These files are listed in a separate section below the message and cannot be accessed in any way.
Note
Applicants will not be informed if they send you an email with a rejected attachment. Do you still want to view the file? Ask the person to resend the file in an allowed format.
Allowed formats: Word, PDF, jpg, gif, png.
Max. size: 10 MB per file, 20 MB in total.
File formats that can be accessed with extra permissions
These are file formats that are rejected but can still be accessed by individuals with the permission Attachments (from applications) | download as original files.
