Sometimes, steps may be overlooked when setting up a user and their permissions.

As a first step, you can check the user's application permissions.


Required Permissions  

  • Create users

Follow these steps: 

  1. Open the page Users. Search for the user you want to check, e.g., by using the filters.
  2. Open the user. The Users page with the person's name will be displayed.
  3. Click the   icon. A dropdown menu will appear.
  4. Click the button  Application Permissions. Depending on the number of available actions, this button may be found under  . The corresponding modal window will be displayed with the following details:
    • Application Status shows all application statuses the user is allowed to view.
    • Permissions lists all actions related to applications that the user is authorized to perform.
    • Workflow (multiple entries possible) shows all status transitions included in the respective workflow that the user is allowed to execute.
