Sometimes, steps may be overlooked when setting up a user and their permissions.
As a first step, you can check the user's application permissions.
Follow these steps:
- Open the page Users. Search for the user you want to check, e.g., by using the filters.
- Open the user. The Users page with the person's name will be displayed.
- Click the icon. A dropdown menu will appear.
- Click the button Application Permissions. Depending on the number of available actions, this button may be found under . The corresponding modal window will be displayed with the following details:
- Application Status shows all application statuses the user is allowed to view.
- Permissions lists all actions related to applications that the user is authorized to perform.
- Workflow (multiple entries possible) shows all status transitions included in the respective workflow that the user is allowed to execute.
