You can limit or extend the timeframe for an Appointment Booking by Applicant according to your needs. This allows you to determine when it is possible for applicants to book appointments.

Attention:

Try not be too restrictive with the availabilities, otherwise it will be difficult to find a suitable timeframe for interviews at which several people should take part.


Upgrade from Basic to Plus

Have you upgraded your calendar integration from the Basic version to the Plus version? Then please reconnect all your calendars to use the features of the plus version seamlessly.


Proceed as follows:

  1. Open the page My User.
  2. In Calendar Integration, select Yes as the answer to the following: Activate Regular Availability for Appointments.
  3. A new visual called Regular Availability For Appointments is displayed.
  4. Determine your availability for Appointments by clicking the corresponding fields or by dragging the cursor over these fields.

    Note

    By default, the usual five-day week with working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM is determined.

  5. Once you are happy with the configuration, click the Update button.

The new availability rules for your appointments are now saved.
