Calendar integration section

Active


  • Yes
    In the Basic version every user can decide here if the calendar integration should be active and if he wants to connect his calendar.
  • No
    If this is selected, the calendar integration is not active for the user. Colleagues cannot find out availabilities directly in d,vinci and have to open the calendars of the participating colleagues manually when making appointments.

Participate in own appointments

  • Yes
  • No
    If the option is selected, you are not preselected as a participant of the event. If the organizer is not a participant of the event, the calendar entry will contain a sentence stating that the organizer is not participating in the event.
    Choosing No does not affect whether you receive an entry in your calendar or not. Organizers of events always receive a calendar entry. This is standard with Outlook and Co and we cannot influence it.

Enable regular availability for events

  • Yes
    Displays a graphic that can be used to set an appointment frame. See below.
  • No

Here calendar accounts can be deleted and modified.


Regular availability for appointments (Plus version) section

Here you can see graphically at a glance, which appointment frame I have available for selection as an appointment participant.
