Your applicants cannot use the "Apply with LinkedIn" button in the application form, and the following error message is displayed: "The application is disabled"?
Here’s what you can do:
1. Check Basic Settings in d.vinci
- Open the page Basic Settings. The page with the same name will be displayed.
- Under the Licenses tab, check if the CEM module and the LinkedIn profile are set to "Active."
- If this is not the case, the CEM is not activated.
2. Check Data in the LinkedIn Developer App
- To create a company profile, you (often someone from the marketing department) have set up a personal account on LinkedIn. This person must log in with their LinkedIn account on the LinkedIn Developer page and access the company profile.
- Open the "Auth" tab in the LinkedIn app. There you will find the following values:
- consumer-key
- consumer-secret
- Send us these two values via email. We will compare them with the data in the system and update it in d.vinci if necessary.
Attention
Sometimes the personal LinkedIn account is unknowingly deleted, for example, because employees are no longer with the company or similar reasons. In such cases, the company data also becomes invalid, and the error mentioned above appears.
As a result:
If for any reason you no longer have access to the account, we will create it together with you during a 30-minute appointment. Feel free to contact us. Contact d.vinci.
