You can insert placeholders wherever you create content using the HTML editor, e.g., in format templates and correspondence templates, as well as job publication templates and other areas of the application portal.

Follow these steps:

  1. Click in the text at the position where the placeholder should be inserted.
  2. Click on the icon  in the HTML editor to open the list of placeholders.
  3. Select a placeholder.
  4. Click the button OK to insert the placeholder. The placeholder will be displayed with its internal name, for example: {APPLICANT:SALUTATION_INFORMAL}
  5. If the placeholder is not yet in the correct position, you can move it within the text by dragging and dropping.

Note

  • You can search for the placeholder content (e.g., address) or by recipient (e.g., applicant) or usage (e.g., publication).
  • If you select a correspondence template with a placeholder, e.g., during a status change or when sending information, the placeholder will automatically be filled with the recipient's data.
