The Send Info function can be used to communicate with applicants outside of specific status changes. You can send any correspondence this way without moving applicants in the process. Use cases could include inquiries, requesting documents, invitations to company events, etc.
There are two options for sending info. To one person or to multiple people at once.
Note
- Sending info requires a correspondence template that has been created and linked to this function.
- The sent info can be viewed at any time in the history of the application.
Send info to one person
Follow these steps:
- Open the application for which you want to send general info. The Application page with the details will be displayed.
- Click on the icon. A selection menu will be displayed. This step may be skipped if the button is displayed directly.
- Click on Send Info. The corresponding input form will be displayed.
- Fill out the input form
- Correspondence Template*
- Subject*
- Body*
- Attachments
- Send Email On
- Comment
- Send To
- Click on Send Info to save the entries. The page Application with a note on the info dispatch and candidate details will be displayed.
Send info to multiple applicants at once
Follow these steps:
- Open the application list for the applicants to whom you want to send general info. The Application List page will be displayed.
- Click on the checkbox icon for the applications that should receive the info. The checkbox will be filled.
- Click on the icon. A selection menu will be displayed.
- Click on Send Info. The corresponding input form will be displayed.

- Subject*
- Body*
- Attachments
- Send Email On
- Comment
- Send To
- Click on Send Info to save the entries. The page Application with a note on the info dispatch and candidate details will be displayed.
