The Send info function allows you to send correspondence to applicants without performing a status change. This can be useful for shorter messages (birthday wishes, Christmas greetings etc.), interim notifications and the like.
The Messages | reply + Infos | send must be stored in the user's role. If this is the case, the Send info button appears behind the icon in the application. As soon as a correspondence template has been made available for Send info, it can be selected here.
Attention
No information can be sent without a correspondence template, which is available at Send info.
The sent info can be viewed in the history at any time.
