Status changes refer to the process of moving an applicant from one status to another.

In most status changes, the applicant's icon also changes, as we recommend using different icons for each status. This is the only way to see in which status of the recruiting process the applicant is.

Moving the status can be done manually, as well as automatically by automated status changes.

In order to be able to change statuses, Application Status Transitions must be created. Only if an Application Status Transition, which is assigned to a user via the role, allows the change from one status to another, the status can be changed.

Data on status changes can be evaluated via the oData Reporting API.
