You can use the Send info function to communicate with the applicant outside of specific status changes. You can send any correspondence using this function without moving the applicant in the process. Use cases could include inquiries, requests for documents, invitations to company events, and so on.


There are two ways to send the info. To one person or to several people at the same time.

Send info necessarily requires a correspondence template that has been created and linked to this function.

A) Send an applicant an info

Proceed as follows: 

  1. Open the application for which you want to send a general info. The Application page with the candidate's details is displayed. 
  2. Click on the icon  . A selection menu is displayed. It is possible that this step is not needed and the button is displayed directly.
  3. Click on   Send Info. The input form of the same name is displayed.
  4. Fill out the input form.

  5.  Click on    Send Info to save the entries. The Application page appears with a note about sending info and the candidate's details.


B) Send info to several applicants at the same time

Proceed as follows: 

  1. Open the application list for the applicants you want to send a general info to. The Application list page is displayed. 
  2. Click on the   box icon next to the applicants who are to receive the information. The box fills itself  .
  3. Click on the   icon. A selection menu is displayed. 
  4. Click on   Send Info.  The input form of the same name is displayed.
  5. Fill out the input form.

  6.  Click on    Send Info to save the entries. The Application page appears with a note about sending info and the candidate's details.


Note  

The info sent can be viewed at any time in the applicant's history
