Reminders for applications are tasks scheduled for the future with regard to a specific application. 


Reminders are not for you personally.
All colleagues who see this application can view the reminder.

Required rights   

  • Reminders (of Applications) | create/ resolve

Proceed as follows:

  1. Open the applicant, for which you want to create the reminder. The Application page with the candidate's details is displayed.
  2. Click on the   button. A selection menu is displayed. 
  3. Click on the button  Reminder. The Create Reminder entry form is displayed.
  4. Fill in the entry form
    • Date*
    • Description*
  5. Click on the button  Create Reminder, to save the entries. The Application page appears with the applicant's details and a note on how to create the reminder. 


The created reminder can be viewed at any time in the activities in the Tasks tab. Here the reminder can also be marked as completed before it is due.

After the due date, the reminder can also be viewed and edited in the tasks.

It can also be viewed in the applicant's history.
