Reminders for applications are future-scheduled tasks related to a specific application.


Note

Reminders are not personal. All colleagues who can view this application can also see the reminder.


Required permissions

  • Create reminders (for applications)


Follow these steps:

  1. Open the application for which you want to create a reminder. The page Application with the applicant's details will be displayed.
  2. Click on the gear icon  . A dropdown menu will appear.
  3. Click on the option Reminder. The input form Create reminder will be displayed.
  4. Fill out the input form:
    • Date*
    • Description*
  5. Click on the button Create reminder to save your entries. The Application page with the applicant's details and a notification about the creation of the reminder will be displayed.


Note

The created reminder can be viewed at any time in the tab Activities under Tasks. Here, the reminder can also be marked as completed before the due date.

After the due date, the reminder can be seen and edited in the tasks. Additionally, this can be viewed in the applicant's history.
