Reminders for applications are future-scheduled tasks related to a specific application.
Note
Reminders are not personal. All colleagues who can view this application can also see the reminder.
Follow these steps:
- Open the application for which you want to create a reminder. The page Application with the applicant's details will be displayed.
- Click on the gear icon . A dropdown menu will appear.
- Click on the option Reminder. The input form Create reminder will be displayed.
- Fill out the input form:
- Date*
- Description*
- Click on the button Create reminder to save your entries. The Application page with the applicant's details and a notification about the creation of the reminder will be displayed.
