There are three ways to correspond with applicants in writing via correspondence templates.
Send Correspondence via Send Info
Note
Prerequisite: An existing correspondence template that can be selected via Send Info.
Follow these steps:
- Open the application of the person to whom the correspondence should be sent. The page Application will be displayed.
- Click the icon. A menu will be displayed. The button may be displayed directly.
Click the button Send Info. The input form of the same name will be displayed. - Fill out the input form.
- Click Send Info. The page Application with the applicant’s details and a message sending notification will be displayed.
Send Correspondence via Status Change
Note
Prerequisite: An existing correspondence template that can be selected during a status change to the desired target status.
Follow these steps:
- Open the application of the person to whom the correspondence should be sent. The Application page will be displayed.
- Click the button Change Status. A menu will appear.
- Click the appropriate status. The Change Application Status form will appear.
- Fill out the input form.
- Click Show Preview to view the email as the recipient will see it. All placeholders will be filled, except those generated during the actual status change.
- Click Perform Status Change. The Application page with the applicant's details and a message sending notification will be displayed.
Send Email in Response to Applicant Message
Follow these steps:
- Open the message from the applicant.
- Click the button Reply to Message. The input form of the same name will be displayed.
- Fill out the input form.
- Click the button Send Reply. The previous page with a message sending notification will be displayed.
