The working time can be specified in the job opening. This can then be read out by "Google for Jobs" and job exchanges (e.g. StepStone).


Required Rights   

  • Create Master Data


Proceed as follows:

  1. Click on the menu option Administration. The page with the same name is displayed.
  2. In the General Administration area, click on the Master Data card. The page with the same name is displayed.
  3. Click on Working Times. The page with the same name is displayed.
  4. Click on the button   Create Working Time. The Create Working Time entry form is displayed.
  5. Fill in the entry form

    Elements of the entry form:

    Mandatory fields marked with *, Optional fields without marking

    Display Name*
  6. Click on   Create to save the entry. The Working Times page with an overview of all created working times is displayed.
    or
    Click on   Create and Create Another. The Create Working Time entry form is displayed. You can now fill out the entry form as described in step 5 ff.
