INHALTSVERZEICHNIS

The success of your recruitment efforts can be monitored by integrating tracking tools. In d.vinci, you can insert various external tracking options. This is done with the help of a tracking code. The code is provided by a tracking tool.

Depending on the desired KPI, there are different places where you can enter the code in the system.

Attention

Even if the tracking code is integrated in the d.vinci, the evaluation is carried out externally via the respective tracking provider.

Tracking general data

So that Google Analytics can collect, for example, general data such as page views, the source from which the page is accessed, the device used, etc., you need to include the tracking code in the additional header of the application portal.

Required rights

  • Edit application portals

Proceed as follows:

  1. Open the page Application Portals
  2. Click the application portal where the widget is embedded, showing the jobs you want to track. The Application Portal page with the details of the portal is displayed.
  3. In the area Additional Configurations, click the edit icon
  4. Scroll to the field Additional Header.
  5. Paste the code for example from Google Analytics into the field.
  6. Click  Update to save your changes.

Track how many interested persons have applied

To measure this, you have to insert the code in the Thank you page of the application questionnaire. For example, for the tracking pixel by Indeed.

Should you wish to carry out tracking for a specific application questionnaire, you best create your own application form for the portal.
