Sensitive questions and the corresponding answers of the applicant should partly not be accessible to all employees who can see the application. You can hide screening questions for a role.

Proceed as follows: 

1. Create a permission that indicates the role in the name. For example: "Screening question salary requirement displayed".
2. Create a screening question Create a screening question that asks the applicant the desired information.
   Configuration:
   • Restricted access: Yes
   • Required permission: The previously created
3. Now create a new role where the permission is not included.

   Provide existing roles with the permission, except for the role of the group of people who should not be able to see this.
