With screening questions additional information can be requested from applicants. Depending on the configuration of your d.vinci these can be visible only to you, in the application questionnaire or be linked to a questionnaire for forwarding. The queries can be text or selection depending on the type.
Proceed as follows:
- Open the page Screening questions.
- Click on Screening question.
- Fill out the input form.

- Click on Create. The screening question page with the entered details will be displayed.
Define answers
If you have selected the type Answer list , the answers must now be defined. Otherwise you are finished with the creation of the screeninquiry with step 4.
Proceed as follows:
- Click on the tab Answers in the created screening question. The page Screening question with the opened Answers tab is displayed.
- Click on the + Answer button. The page Answer is displayed.
- Fill out the input form:
- Answer
- Ranking Value*
- Click on Create. The Screening question page is displayed with the Answers tab open.

- Order
It may be useful to change the order of the created screening questions, as they will be presented to the applicant in the same order as they are displayed in the Screening Questions section. - Access restriction
It is possible to link screening questions to different permissions. When creating such a question, simply select Restricted Access: Yes. After that, select a permission that a user or group of users who should see the question has.
Example.
Permission: Tasks for the role Human Resources (Standard).
So the screening question can only be seen and answered by people with the role Human Resources (Standard)
