You can be informed about changes relevant to you in your d.vinci via our daily notifications by e-mail.

You have influence on the content of the daily notification. The content relevant to a user is always sent in a daily email in the morning at around 08:00 and cannot be split into different emails.

You can influence the content of the daily notification as follows:

Open the page Users and click on the edit icon

For Daily email, select the news that should be listed in the email:

  • New applications
  • Overdue tasks
  • Expiring job publications
  • Expiring external job publication channels (Multiposting)

Save the details by Update.

You can then use the role to define which application status and which open tasks the user should be notified of. A user is informed by e-mail about the statuses to which he has a view permission.

Via task definitions, you can define for each task whether it should be included in the daily notification for the respective role.

You receive the daily notification with an application that is not new?

It is very likely that the application was previously on a status that was set up as a final status. Applications that leave a final status are also considered new in the sense of the daily notification. If, for example, a pool candidate is considered new again after a longer period of time, you will be informed of this again.

Note

If a system user is only to receive daily notifications of the status "New", his role should therefore only be authorised to view this status and all tasks not associated with this status would have to be excluded from the daily notification. In this case, you would receive an overview of all applications on the status "New" by e-mail.

If this does not make sense, you can use the filters in the system to sort by the status "New" and all applications for which your role has view permission will be displayed.

Attention

The email text of the daily notification is the same for all clients and cannot be customized.

Note

This is what the selection options in the user mean:

  • New applications
Applications that need to be processed further. This only applies to applications that are on an application status relevant to the user role.
  • Overdue tasks
    Reminder of uncompleted tasks.
  • Expiring job publications
Notification that a publication will expire in x days. When specifying a period in the publication via the calendar.

You can set the number of days you are notified before expiry in the publication channel under Number of calendar days before expiration.

  • Expiring external job publication channels (Multiposting)
Job postings via channels in multiposting that expire in 5 days.

    Note

The deadline of 5 days before expiry cannot be changed. It is preset in your system.
