Behavior in the system

  • Dispatch time
The daily notification is always sent around 06:00 in the morning
  • Text of the email
The email text of the daily notification is the same for all customers and cannot be customized.
Example case: there are applications to be checked and there are due tasks.
    Subject: d.vinci - daily notification
    Content:Dear Ms. Musterfrau,
Here are the new items in the d.vinci system:
    New applications:
    Pending tasks:

    Note:
This email was generated automatically. The HR department will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
  • Contents of the daily notification
These contents cannot be changed or split into multiple emails.
    Important:
If you have assigned a user group to the user, they will only see the information for which this user group is stored (job opening and application). Without a user group, they will see all information that they are allowed to see according to their role.
These options are available for selection
    • New applications
Applications that need to be processed further. This only applies to applications with an application status relevant to the user role.
    • Tasks
      Reminder of unfinished tasks.
    • Expiring publications
Notification that a publication will expire in x days. When specifying a time period in the publication via the calendar page. You can set the number of days you will be notified before expiry in the job publication channel under Number of Calendar Days Before Expiration.
    • Expiring external publication channels (multiposting)
Information about job postings that were placed via multiposting and expire in 5 days.
The number of calendar days is not customizable.
  • Mark tasks for daily notification
Via Task definitions you can define for each task whether it should be included in the daily notification for the corresponding role.
  • Application status in the notification email
Users are informed by email about the statuses to which they have viewing permissions.
  • Notifications for applications with the status New
If a user should only receive daily notifications about the status "New", their role should only be visible for this status and all tasks that are not associated with this status should be excluded from the daily notification. In this case, the daily notification would receive an overview of all applications with the status "New" by email.

If this does not make sense, you can use the filters in the system to sort by the status "New" and all applications to which your role has permission to view will be displayed.

A daily notification was sent for an application that is not new?
It is very likely that the application was previously on a status that was set as final. Applications that leave a final status are also considered new for the purposes of the daily notification. If, for example, a pool candidate is considered new again after a longer period of time, you will be informed of this again.
