Screening questions whose answer is not a text field/textarea can become relevant for ranking. This shows you at a glance whether an applicant is suitable for a position or not according to their answer to the screening questions.

Example:

You would like to hire a project employee. The project requires language skills in German, English and Spanish, Russian would be an advantage. You can use screening questions to evaluate these 4 languages, e. g. by multiple selection. In the ranking you can then weight how important these languages are for you on a scale of 1-5 in the ranking. German 5, English 5, Spanish 4 and Russian 2. By ranking these values, a star ranking is given in the candidate file depending on the candidate's answer. So, if the candidate indicates that he/she does not speak German, English but Spanish and Russian. The system gives 5 points for each language which is multiplied by the weighting:

German: 5x5 points

English: 5x5 points

Spanish: 0x4 points

Russian: 0x2 points

This corresponds to 50 out of 80 possible points and gives 3.1 out of 5 stars in the ranking.

The values minimum requirement and weighting are relevant for the ranking.

In the Job Opening, you can add a ranking to the screening questions. If the candidate answers a question below the minimum requirements, the      -view is displayed in red. Otherwise he gets 1-5 stars in yellow
