You have the option to add attachments to an application. These can be viewed by all users who have access to view applications, unless they are confidential attachments.


Required Permissions

  • Edit applications


Follow these steps: 

  • Open the application to which you want to add documents/attachments. The Application page will be displayed.
  • Click on the tab Attachments. The Application page with the open Attachments tab will be displayed. 
  • Click on the button  Attachment. The input form will appear. 
  • Click on the field File and select a file you want to upload.
  • You can enter a Description.
  • Click on the button  Create to save your entries. The Application page with the open Attachments tab will be displayed. Before the title of the attachment, you will see a   icon. This marks the attachment as confidential.
