A feedback form is one of our questionnaires and offers the opportunity to gather extensive feedback on the entire application process.


To create a feedback questionnaire, you must have the Candidate Experience module activated.

You can check this in the basic settings on the License tab. 


Required rights

  • Application portal create


Proceed as follows:

  1. Open the page Questionnaire
  2. Click on   Questionnaire
  3. Fill in the input form.
    Elements of the input form:
    Mandatory fields marked with *, optional fields without marking.
    • Display name*
    • Organizational unit*
    • Type*: Feedback questionnaire
      • This changes the selection of underlying fields.
    • Feedback questions*: The available selection can be adjusted and expanded in the form fields.
    • Application portal*
  4. Click on   Create to save the entries. The Questionnaire page is displayed.
  5. Click on the Form tab and the icon  behind Introduction Text to customize it for the questionnaire.
  6. In the Feedback section, you can see a preview of the selected feedback questions as they appear to the questionnaire recipient.


Note  

This questionnaire is communicated by e-mail. Add it to a correspondence template for this purpose. Recipients can access the questionnaire by clicking on a link in the e-mail. Insert this link in the correspondence text via the placeholder Questionnaire - URL so that it appears in the e-mail.
