In the application form, the label/description of a row (e.g., the word "Salutation") can be changed by us. It is also possible to modify hint texts such as "Please select a country first to provide your address." or to insert hint texts elsewhere in the application form.
Process
Please contact us and explain which term should be replaced or supplemented with which explanation. We will make the changes and notify you once they are completed. Please note that costs may apply for this service. If this is the case, we will send you an offer and will only proceed after receiving your confirmation.
Attention
- Limitation:
This addition/replacement is only possible for fixed elements included in the system upon delivery. For screening questions, form fields, and similar elements that you have created afterward, we cannot make changes due to technical limitations. You can make these changes yourself. - Visibility:
All changes will only be visible to applicants. For you, the original naming will remain visible in the system, as we can only adjust it in the view for applicants. - Requirement:
We require a written order from an authorized person to make the changes.
