The system URL is the Internet address via which you can login to the system and thus access your applications, job openings and so on. 

Once you have decided to use our applicant tracking system, we have to set up a system for you. You decide under which internet address (URL) the system should be accessible.

We have two options for implementation:

A) URL from us

This option is free of charge. The URL is always structured according to the following pattern:

https://your-wish.dvinci-hr.com

Please also discuss this with your marketing team, as the URL can be important for employer branding and online marketing. Depending on the embedding method, the starting point will be this URL. In addition, it will be displayed to the applicant as the dispatch email address in any email communication with you.

In our example, this results in the following e-mail address for communication with the applicant: 

candidate12345@your-wish.dvinci-hr.com

B) An own domain
