The login page, where sign-in can be performed, is accessible via the system URL with the addition `/intern`.

Entering this URL automatically loads the following login page:
https://dvinciURLEuresUnternehmens/intern/auth/login

System behavior

  • Login options
The available login options (username/password, two-factor authentication, or Single Sign-on) are defined in the user profile. Learn more: Create user.
  • Username/Password
Users who gain access via username/password automatically receive an email with a link to the login page: https://dvinciURLEuresUnternehmens/intern.
  • Two-factor authentication
If two-factor authentication is enabled, users log in with a username/password and a code from an authentication app.
  • Single Sign-on
When using Single Sign-on (SSO), no automatic email is sent. The login page address must be communicated to users manually.
  • Forgot password
Using the Forgot password? function, users can reset their password.
  • Contact HR department
The login page can display a Contact HR department section, listing the company's d.vinci contact persons. Learn more: Set up Contact HR department.
  • System notices
System-relevant messages, such as notices about new releases or information on major system issues, can be displayed above the username field.
  • News
In addition to the login, rotating news from the d.vinci world can be displayed, such as information about onboarding offers or newsletter subscription options.
  • Graphic design
The start page cannot be customized to match the company's corporate design.
  • Additional security query
Adding an additional security query during login is currently not possible.
  • General security
If a user logs in on the same computer in a new session, the previous session is automatically terminated, and the user is logged out.

How our customers use this

During the implementation of d.vinci, the login page is usually communicated by the responsible team to all colleagues who will work with the system. Once a user gains access via username/password, they are automatically directed to the login page to set their own password. This link can be saved for future use.
