In some cases, it may become necessary to move users to other organizational units. For example, when a new organizational unit is created and used in a job opening that the user needs access to.


Required permissions

  • Create users


Follow these steps:

  1. Open the page Users.
  2. Click on the name of the user whose organizational unit you want to change. The page User with the user's data will be displayed.
  3. Click on the button Relocate. A window will appear in the foreground.
  4. Select the new organizational unit under New Organizational Unit* that the user should belong to.
  5. Click on the button Relocate to save the changes. The page User will be displayed.


Attention

A user can only be assigned to one organizational unit at a time. Therefore, always choose the organizational unit that grants the necessary access rights. If the user is in a higher-level organizational unit, they will also have access to the subordinate units.
