When Quick Apply (previously called ATSi) is activated by StepStone, an applicant's application form is displayed by StepStone and the application is subsequently imported into your d.vinci. During this process, all other questions from the application form in your d.vinci (including screening questions) are also transferred to StepStone.
When applying via StepStone, the applicant can view the privacy policy, fill in the screening questions from the applicant form in your d.vinci and thus send the application to your system. In this way, the quick application via StepStone becomes even easier.
Note
We recommend that you use the Quick Apply in conjunction with StepStone's JobFeed. If you do not want to use the JobFeed, you will find below the way to use the Quick Apply anyway.
For this purpose, some settings have to be made.
Proceed as follows:
- Open the page Application Portals.
- Press on the entry Homepage (or on the corresponding entry of the application portal that is linked to your homepage).
- Here, make sure that in this application portal the interface is set to application import: StepStone (Quick Apply).
- In the field Additional Header, add the following code - if any - below the existing content:
<script> var urlParams=new URLSearchParams(window.location.search),jwt=urlParams.get("jwt");function copyApplyURL(){DvinciData.jobPublication.applicationFormURL&&updateClipboard(DvinciData.jobPublication.applicationFormURL+"")}function updateClipboard(n){navigator.clipboard.writeText(n). then(function(){var n=document.getElementById("btn-copy"),a=n.innerHTML;a.includes("Copy application link")&&(n.innerHTML='<i class="fas fa-check"></i> Copied'),a.includes("Copy apply link")&&(n.innerHTML='<i class="fas fa-check"></i> Copied')},function(){alert("Copy failed! ")})}jwt&&document.addEventListener("DOMContentLoaded",function(n){if(0==$(".btn-copy").length){var a=$('. btn-primary:contains("Apply")');a&&$('<a href="javascript:copyApplyURL()" type="submit" id="btn-copy" class="btn-copy btn btn-default"> copy application link </a> '). insertBefore(a);var t=$('.btn-primary:contains("Apply")');t&&$('<a href="javascript:copyApplyURL()" type="submit" id="btn-copy" class="btn-copy btn-default"> Copy apply link </a> '). insertBefore(t),$(".btn-copy").css("margin-right", "3px")}}); </script>
- Also, make sure that you have created a source "Stepstone" in the master data with the internal name "STEPSTONE_DE".
- Once you have ensured the two changes, let your contact at Stepstone know. Stepstone still has to activate the Quick Apply.
For the placement at StepStone you have to deposit a special link at Stepstone for each job advertisement.
Proceed as follows:
- Place your publication on your homepage as usual.
- Open the preview for the homepage via the Job Advertisement button in the job publication.
- Next to the Apply button you will see a button to copy the application link.
- By clicking on the button, the link to the application form will be saved in your clipboard and you can now add it to the StepStone ad.
Alternatively, you can also create the link as follows:
- Place your publication on your homepage as usual.
- Open the applicant form of the respective job advertisement on your homepage.
- Copy the link of the applicant form and paste it into a text editor.
- Remove the language abbreviation e.g. "de" from the URL and replace the "form" with "dvinciAtsiApply".
https://mein-dvinci.dvinci-hr.com/de/jobs/70027/form becomes
https://mein-dvinci.dvinci-hr.com/jobs/70027/dvinciAtsiApply - Deposit this link to the applicant form in the ad placement at Stepstone.
Note so there is no wording confusion:
StepStone considers all content transferred to StepStone as questions via your d.vinci to be screening questions.
