Posting via XML Interface

It is possible to connect the XML interface of the Federal Employment Agency with the interface of your d.vinci system. However, your development team would need to build a connector for this. For technical reasons, we cannot provide this connector.

If you want to inquire about this with your IT department, your colleagues will need the following information about our interface: Interfaces (API)

Posting via Multiposting

  • Free Version
In this version, the job is not managed by an employee of the Federal Employment Agency. The job will simply be listed on the job board. Interested applicants will be redirected to your job posting when they click on a link in the advertisement.
  • Paid Version
In this version, a one-time setup fee and a monthly fee apply. The amount of the fee depends on the maximum number of jobs that are online at the same time.
If you are interested, contact us, and we will inform you about the costs.

By Email to Your Contact Person at the Federal Employment Agency

Do you know the email address of your contact person at the Federal Employment Agency, and is this person willing to receive job advertisements by email and post and manage them for you (including placement suggestions)?

Then you can easily create a publication channel, where you store the email address of your contact person. After that, you create a new application portal and link it to the new publication channel.

Once this is done, you can simply set the new channel to ON** in the publication and then click Send Job Posting. The employee at the Federal Employment Agency will then receive an email with all the necessary information.

Attention

The process becomes more complex if you want to post jobs for multiple locations. In this case, you will need different email addresses for each contact person, as well as separate publication channels and application portals.

Note on Allowed Content at the Federal Employment Agency

The Federal Employment Agency has strict guidelines regarding the allowed content in job advertisements.

Many job postings violate one or more of these guidelines and are then immediately blocked by the job board. This means they will not go online and will remain in the status "in progress" or will be directly deactivated.

You can avoid this by checking your job advertisement for the following points:

  • Violations of the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG)
These violations are varied. You can find more information directly from the Federal Employment Agency: Guidelines for Employers.
The most common violations include age discrimination (e.g., "young team") and discrimination based on origin (e.g., "native language required").
  • Duplicates
The Federal Employment Agency blocks duplicate listings. If approximately 90% of a listing is identical to an already published one, the posting will be blocked.
The following counts as a duplicate:
    • Identical job postings that have been booked for different locations.
    • Previously published job postings cannot be scheduled for a later date at the same time.
      Example:
      - Job posting A is online until 30.03.
      - Job posting B is scheduled to be posted from 25.03. → not possible.
      - B can only go online after A expires on 01.04.
  • Postal Code and Location
If an incorrect postal code is entered for a location or if the location name is ambiguous, the job may not appear on the Federal Employment Agency's job board.
  • Imprint
If your imprint is incorrect or missing, your entire account may be blocked. Please ensure that all details are correct and complete.
  • Offensive Language
Any form of profanity, offensive language, or insults will be blocked by the Federal Employment Agency – even if intended humorously or playfully.
