The application portal is a platform where publications are displayed. Applicants can search for suitable job openings here. For a publication to be displayed, the publication channel linked to the application portal must be activated in the publication and the job opening must be active.

Proceed as follows: 

1. Open the page Application portals. 
2. Click on the button  Application portals. 
3. Fill in the input form: 
   Elements of the input form:

   Mandatory fields marked with *, Optional fields without marking

   • Name*

   • URL Path

   • Organizational unit*
   • Job publication channel*
   • Layout*
   • Languages*

     • Primary language*

   • Fixed source
   • Enable start page*
   • Enable job advertisement*

     • Fixed job advertisement template

     • Job advertisement template*

   • Fixed application questionnaire*

   • Application questionnaire *

   • Application Import*

   • Google for Jobs*

   • Special characteristic

   • IP Policy

   • Enable Embedding of Job Ads as Iframes:*

   • Additional Header 

4. Click on  Create to save the entry. The Application Portal page is displayed.
