You want to inform a colleague who is not supposed to work with d.vinci about something from the system?

For example, you want to inform the data protection officer when an applicant wants the application to be deleted?

The solution

Create the user in the system, preferably on the top organizational unit. The person needs an email address, but neither roles nor permissions.

You can now send comments to the person from within d.vinci. The person then gets an email with the comment and does not have to log in separately.

If it makes sense that the person can see basic data of the application, you can of course also create a very rudimentary role, which for example only authorizes to see the application.
