You want to know if the calendar of a user is connected to d.vinci or which status a calendar has in general? You can easily check this.


Required permission

  • User | view/edit/create/delete


Check connection status

Proceed as follows:

  1. Open the page Users.
  2. Press the button  to show the filter options.
  3. Click in the field Status Calendar Connection.
  4. Select one of the options:
    • Connected (Individual)
      Select this if you want to know which calendars are connected when you use the Basic version of calendar integration.
    • Connected (centrally managed)
      Select this if you want to know which calendars are connected when you use the Plus version of the calendar integration.
    • Connected (centrally managed)
      Select this if you want to know which calendars are currently connected when you use the Plus version of calendar integration.
    • Connection failed
      Select this if you want to know which calendars could not be connected.
    • Not connected
      Select this if you want to know which calendars are generally not connected yet. 
  5. Press the  Apply button.

Note

Also in the user list you can see if the calendar of a user is connected. You can see this by the calendar icon   in the user's row.

Tip: 

By pressing the mouse wheel or the combination CTRL + single left click on the icon in the user's row, the Users page will open in a new window. If you first open all users in this way, you can gradually make changes to the calendar and then close the windows/tabs again.
