The d.vinci Applicant tracking allows you to use screening questions. Applicants' answers to screening questions can be automatically transferred once to Onboarding only when using features Handover to Onboarding and Start Onboarding.


This feature must be set up first. 


1. Copy the internal name of the screening question

Proceed as follows:

  1. Open the page Screening Questions.
  2. Klick the desired screening questions. The details are displayed.
  3. Copy the internal name of the screening question.


2. Associate form field with the internal name of the screening question

Proceed as follows:

  1. Open the page Forms.
  2. Open the desired form.
  3. Activate the Tab Form Fields.
  4. Check the type of the field needed. This has to be either Text or Textarea.
    In case of a different type, you have to create a new form field and set its type to "Text" or "Textarea".
  5. Click the desired form field. Its details are displayed.
  6. Click the edit icon to edit the properties of the field.
  7. Populate the input text field Screening Question (Internal Name) with the screening question's internal name that you have copied previously.
  8. Click Update.


Example:

You ask your applicants by means of a screening question for which classes they have a driver's license. This question is marked in your Applicant tracking by the internal name "DRIV_LIC". You therefore open your onboarding form named "Driver's license" and edit the form field "Driver's license classes", or create a new form field with type "Text" or "Textarea". In the edit mode of the form field, you finally enter the internal name of the screening question (in our example, "DRIV_LIC") and update the form field. From now on, an applicant's answer to this screening question will always be automatically transferred over to the form field, if the application is handed over to Onboarding or if an onboarding is started straight from the application.


Caution

There may occasionally be a slight delay when transferring data from Applicant Tracking to Onboarding. If you do not see the answers to screening questions in Onboarding, please wait a moment and refresh the page.
