Use the Job List to display an overview of your job ads on any web page and display it in your corporate design.


You can design different job lists according to your needs. For example, a list of apprentice jobs only, one of IT jobs only, one of English-language jobs only, and much more. 


Required rights  

  • Application Portals  view, edit, create, delete

Create job list


Proceed as follows: 

  1. Open the page Job List. The page with the same name is displayed.
  2. Click on the button + Create. The page with the properties of the job list is displayed.
  3. Fill in the entry form. Notes on configuration in the main article: Job lists
  4. Press Create. The job list configuration page is displayed.
    or
    Press Create and Create Another to create another job list. Then repeat steps 3-4.
  5. Decide whether you want to work in simple or advanced mode. Advanced mode allows you to make more settings. If you want to do this, activate the button Advanced.
  6. Check on the right side in the area Preview, which effects your settings have.
  7. Click Save and publish to save your changes.
    or
    Click on Reset to start again from the beginning.
  8. Click on </> Embed in Web Site to get the code for the job list. A new window with the code and further instructions will appear in the foreground.
  9. Click Copy Job List Code to have the code saved to your clipboard.
    or
    Click on  Send via email to receive an email with the code, which you can send to, for example, the agency that is responsible for your website.

English language job list: Advanced - General settings - Display language: En

Target group students: Advanced - Filters - Target group - Allowed values: Students - Show filter: No

IT Jobs: Advanced - Filters - Category - Allowed Values: IT - Show filter: No

Job ads in the North: Advanced - Filters - Location - Preset: Hamburg, Kiel, Lübeck, Bremen, Schwerin


Edit job list

You have already inserted the job list code on a page?

Any changes you make will automatically be visible on all pages where you have included the code after pressing Save and Publish. You do not need to copy the code again and paste it into the website.

Proceed as follows: 

  1. Open the page Job List. The page with the same name will be displayed. 
  2. Click on the name of the job list you want to edit. The job list configuration page will be displayed.
  3. Decide whether you want to work in simple or advanced mode. Advanced mode allows you to make more settings. If you want to do this, activate the button Advanced.
  4. Check on the right side in the area Preview, which effects your settings have.
  5. Click Save and Publish to save your changes.
    or
    Click on Reset to start again from the beginning.
    Attention, the job list is reset to the last saved status.
