With the job video feature, you can create a video with voice and text to enhance an existing job posting. The video is complemented by suitable images and can be set to background music to make the presentation more dynamic. This video can be displayed on your website, in the job advertisement, on social media channels, and more. It helps you reach those who don't have the time or inclination to read through a lengthy job ad and prefer to get the key information at a glance.


Notes/Tips

  • Structure
    Video-based job ads require a different structure than job ads on websites. We provide you with the appropriate structure.
  • Keep it short and concise
    In the video sequences, spaces for texts and images are fixed. The longer your text is, the smaller the font will be, or line breaks will occur. Therefore, try to keep it as short and concise as possible.

  • Brevity is the soul of wit
    The finished video should not be longer than one minute. The attention span may vary greatly depending on the target audience.


Required Permissions  

  • Edit publications (from job postings)
  • Create or edit job videos


Proceed as follows:

  1. Open an existing job publication. Scroll to the Job Video section.
  2. Click on the edit icon  . A multi-step input form called Job Video will be displayed.
  3. Fill in the input form.

  4. Click the Generate Video Now button after you have filled in all the fields. After a loading time of up to a minute, the video will be displayed below the input form. You can view it and make changes to the input form if needed.
  5. Click Create Video again to apply the changes.
