A person is a record with sensitive personal data. The person can be synchronized across all linked d.vinci software products.

In each d.vinci software product, processes are assigned to exactly one person. In d.vinci applicant tracking system, each application process is assigned to exactly one person, in d.vinci onboarding the same applies to each onboarding process. When transferring persons from one software product to another - e. g. when starting an onboarding process for a hired applicant - the relevant personal data is transferred and synchronized across products.

  • A person cannot be created for himself. It is automatically filtered out of the application when it is received or when an onboarding process is created.
  • The person contains sensitive and uniquely identifiable data such as name, birthday, address and contact details.
  • The person is not managed centrally but can exist individually in each software product. The person can be linked and synchronized across products, so that changes to the person in one product are transferred to all synchronized products.
  • Only product-relevant data is synchronized. Special personal data that is only relevant for a specific product also only exists in that product.
  • The deletion of a person is not synchronized and must be done individually in each product.
