Using Send Info, you can send correspondence to applicants without performing a status change.
Required permissions:
- Applications | view
- Messages | reply + send info
Follow these steps:
- Open the page Applications.
- Click on the gear icon . A dropdown menu will appear.
- Click on the option Send Info. The corresponding page will be displayed.
- Select a correspondence template.
Only correspondence templates configured as Available for Send Info will be available for selection.
Depending on whether you select an Email or a Document, corresponding new fields will appear: - If you select Email:
- Subject: Pre-filled with the subject from the template. You can modify the subject.
- Content: Pre-filled with the content of the correspondence template. All placeholders in the template are replaced with data from the application and are therefore not recognizable as placeholders. You can adjust the content and also insert new placeholders. Newly inserted placeholders will not be filled at this point but only during the actual dispatch of the correspondence.
- Click the Add attachment button under Attachments if you want to attach a file to the correspondence.
- Enter a date under Send email on to schedule the delayed dispatch of the correspondence.
- Click the button Send Info. The dispatch confirmation page will be displayed.
